My Kids Hollywood, LLC ("MKH") respects the privacy of users of its web sites.
MKH does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about visitors to
mykidshollywood.com unless required to do so by law.
MKH is especially concerned about protecting the privacy of children. MKH encourages parents and teachers to stay involved and in control of children's Internet explorations. It is particularly important for parents to offer guidance to their children about providing personal information online.
MKH automatically collects a limited amount of information about the use of its web sites, primarily for statistical purposes (that is, to measure the numbers of visitors to various sections of the site). This information may also be helpful when considering changes to

No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for My Kids Hollywood memberships, services, e-books or products.
Shipping Policy
My Kids Hollywood ships products only to verified addresses with signature release required. If an item is returned to us, the seller shall pay for any shipping charges to resend the item before the item will be released for shipping. Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and will ship within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
If you are purchasing a membership, service or other digital product, nothing will be shipped to you. Instead, you will receive information via website and/or email with instructions to download or login for your purchases. In most cases, immediate access is given. However some orders may require verification. Please allow 24 hours from the time of your order for verification purposes.
Information Collected and Stored Automatically
The following information about users of the MKH web site is collected and stored automatically:

Community Guidelines
MKH message boards, email, and other interactive features offer opportunities for meaningful interaction where users can share knowledge, experiences, and other helpful information. Since most of the interactions are public, the experience is best when people follow certain guidelines. The User Agreement provides detailed guidelines for registered user conduct.
