Could you please tell me why some children (like Landon) have some many votes and others have so few ?

Probably Landon has many votes because his photos are on the first page and people vote more often there. Certainly possible that Landon has many relatives who can vote for him as many times as they wish.

Just remember the winner will be chosen by the judges, not by viewers of the site.
