Over 30 years ago, Phyllis Henson started her own 3 children in show business. She made many expensive mistakes not knowing who to go to or what to do. She was determined to help her kids succeed. Phyllis, on her own, opened many doors until she finally got her children in the right door, with the right agents and photographers. Through all their struggles, Phyllis and her kids never gave up and because of their determination they started working in commercials, TV, print and movies. 

Phyllis' kids have appeared in more than 150 TV commercials, hundreds of print campaigns and modeling jobs, and even TV and theatrical movies.

As Phyllis learned the secrets in Hollywood and made her kids successful, people everywhere would recognize them from the commercials such as Eggo Waffles, Kool-Aid, McDonalds, Mattel's Barbie, Toy R Us, Parkay, Jack in the Box, Band-Aid Brand, GE, Yamaha, A.1. Steak Sauce, Johnson & Johnson, Skippy, Coca-Cola and many more. Due to their success, Phyllis was constantly asked how she got her kids started. She realized there was little help for parents that had kids that wanted to be in show business, so she sat down with some respected agents in Hollywood and told them of her idea to help kids and their parents navigate the mine field that is Hollywood. The agents thought her idea was needed and long over due, so Phyllis began personally consulting with parents and children.

As business grew, she started The Kids Hollywood Connection based out of Southern California. Now, more than 29 years later The Kids Hollywood Connection is still the most respected, most experienced, and oldest business of its kind that helps children and their parents get connected in the industry.

Kids Hollywood has had an internet presence since 1997, but decided in 2005 to develop a product that could help children and parents around the world. Kids Hollywood receives thousands of calls from parents around the world asking for help. Due to this need, Kids Hollywood has created MyKidsHollywood.com to assist all parents and children from every country that wants to get into show business.
